TMNT:SSB Splinter

Designing Splinter was a little tricky as I had never drawn a rat before, so getting the face right was a challenge. Especially his facial expressions. For his outfit I wanted to go for something similar to his appearance in the Ninja Tribunal arc of the 2003 series as I liked the black undergarments over a brown gi instead of having it all be brown. I added wrappings to his feet and hands as well. It's a nice aesthetic. I also gave him a sort of beard as well to give him a more sage like appearance. The teeth jutting out was a last minute decision as he looked a little off and not enough like a rat without it.
