Edo period Japan is ruled by the Arashi Clan, samurai that wield advanced technology who had all but wiped out the Genju symbiotes and their allies, the ninja of the Shizen Clan. Hisoka Shizen, alongside the few survivors of his clan, are all that stand against the Arashi’s tyranny.
