This is meant to showcase what the Samurai faction’s general viewpoint on the Clan is and then leads into a moment for Mimic that highlights her more, let’s say, ‘protective’ side. This ties into her backstory and a much darker part of her that is normally hidden behind her more positive and lively demeanor. He really should’ve kept his mouth shut after he told them what they needed.

I feel as though I may have also made the text a little too big for the bubbles, especially on that first page as well. Chalk it up to experimentation, which is pretty much what this comic is really. I’m mostly combining the things I like aesthetically and making it play out how I imagine it in my head.
