TMNT:SSB Foot Tech

The Foot Tech have only appeared in the 2003 cartoon so it wasn't too difficult to come up with a variation of their design. I used the Foot Soldier as a base for the Tech version as they also have the same base silhouette in the show as well. I added a cybernetic lens to one eye to make them seem more intimidating, along with stockier armour and a long collar as a variation of the Foot Soldiers’ hood. Instead of giving them two katanas, I opted for a single katana and a tanto, to vary their weapons and therefore their fighting style as well.
